- While you enjoy Tribeca's restaurant rich neighborhood on Valentine's Night (Nobu, Tamarind, City Hall, Odeon and Locanda Verde to name a few, all walking distance from XB's 100 Reade Street location), your kids will get their own hearts pounding with a trainer-based exercise experience, XB's unique "Blast in the Dark".
- For the same price as a babysitter, $15 an hour, your kids will play a modern version of flashlight tag, a workout that combines creative play with physical fitness challenges along an obstacle course that includes rotating rock walls, a laser-light jungle gym, running track, pilates-inspired ball work and yoga.
- The kids will also get to make a healthy nighttime snack in the XB kitchen facilities and do some V-Day arts and crafts before cooling down with yoga stretches. By the time you pick them up they will be ready for a good night’s sleep. How you spend the rest of the night is up to you!
- Begins with a guided fitness adventure that takes you to another planet. Together, your Blast in the Dark team scores energy points throughout a video game-inspired obstable course, all while seeking clues and searching for answers on a night-time mystery mission that winds down in the BlastDown Zone
- Afterwards, kids relax with Valentines Day Arts & Crafts and Yoga
- Finally, everyone creates, tastes and judges a delicious Valentines Day Treat!

Description
Exerblast: A Heart-Pounding Adventure, a Unique Family Fitness Game
At ExerBlast family teams engage in a healthy, interactive adventure where they get a running, jumping workout while raising heart rates and racking up energy points on a shared intergalactic mission to help save planet Botania. Grab your friends, strap on an iPod and jump into a guided fitness adventure that takes you to another planet.
Take on an obstacle course; lunge and leap the Power Path; scale a rotating rock wall; navigate the geometric twists and turns of a light-sensored jungle-gym; circle a terrain of core-strengthening Pilates-balls; and end your exercise adventure with a relaxing stretch in the unique, yoga-inspired BlastDown Zone.
